Our apartments are situated in a peaceful and sunny location on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller. Next-door is a friendly farm and a large meadow, and an old steam train puffs past every now and then. Our luxury apartments offer an attractive blend of modern comforts and traditional homeliness. And despite their exclusive location, the apartments are only a few minutes’ walk away from the village centre, ski area and leisure park.

There is now plenty for children to experience in the newly opened play area!

On hot days, they can cool off in the swimming pool. Little racers can enjoy the thrill of the go-kart track. Adventurers can explore the farm and the countryside on our children's bikes. You can have fun and experience adventure!
